Brian Ebersole vs. Dennis Hallman Added to Growing UFC 133 Card in Philadelphia

Brian Ebersole will travel home to the United States for his next fight as he faces Dennis Hallman in a welterweight match slated for UFC 133 in Philadelphia.

The UFC announced the new match-up on Thursday.

While UFC 133 is not official for Philadelphia, all signs are pointing to a return to the City of Brotherly Love in August for the event.

Brian Ebersole (47-14-1) has fought all over the world and against some of the toughest competitors in the sport in his 60+ fights. Ebersole made quite a splash in his UFC debut defeating Chris Lytle on short notice after original opponent Carlos Condit fell out due to injury.

Ebersole showed off good striking and technique throughout on his way to a unanimous decision win.

Also a veteran of over 60 fights, Dennis Hallman (50-13-2) reappeared in the UFC in late 2009, and has recently picked up back-to-back wins in the Octagon.

Following a dominant performance over Ben Saunders, Hallman finished off former title contender Karo Parisyan by TKO last November. Now he looks to add a win over one of the few fighters who can match him in ring or cage experience.

The bout between Hallman and Ebersole will be part of the UFC 133 show, which is set to go down in August, and also features the newly announced match-up between Vitor Belfort and Yoshihiro Akiyama.
