Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is sending Antonio Silva and Andrei Arlovski on a local media tour to help drum up interest for their upcoming UFC Fight Night 51 main event, which takes place on Sept. 13, 2014 inside Nilson Nelson Gymnasium in Brasilia.
The event will stream entirely on Fight Pass.
Arlovski (22-10) lost to the Brazilian at the Strikeforce: "Heavy Artillery" event back in 2010, the only bout during his then four-fight skid where he wasn't put to sleep. Hopefully, his second go-round with "Bigfoot" can also erase the ugly memories of his three-round snoozefest against Brendan Schaub in "The Pitbull's" UFC return last June in Vancouver.
But he's not the only one who has some making up to do.
Silva (18-5) took what was considered one of the greatest heavyweight fights in mixed martial arts (MMA) history -- a five round draw against Mark Hunt last December in Australia -- and flushed it down the toilet by failing his post-fight drug test for testosterone.
There will be none of that in Brazil.
