Bigfoot Silva UFC 156Almost everyone had considered it a foregone conclusion that Alistair Overeem had an express ticket to a shot at UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez.

One man that continually denied that to be so was Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva, the man that knocked Alistair Overeem out cold at UFC 156 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.

Although he is just two fights removed from having suffered defeat at the hands of Velasquez, Silva’s impressive derailment of the Overeem train may very well have already earned him a return shot at the champ.
