It doesn’t appear Bellator prospect Rasul Mirzaev will be making his stateside debut any time soon. The Russian fighter has reportedly been arrested and charged with the death of a 19-year-old student in his homeland.

Several Russian news outlets are reporting that the undefeated Mirzaev got in an argument with Ivan Agafonov outside a nightclub in Moscow. He evidently knocked Agafonov unconscious with one punch.

Agafonov died several days later. Authorities are investigating the incident and have reportedly charged Mirzaev. If convicted, he could serve up to 15 years in prison.
