With just a few days to go until fight time, the Bellator 120 pay-per-view line-up is once again complete.
After Eddie Alvarez had to drop out of the main event due to a concussion, a light heavyweight grudge match between Rampage Jackson vs. King Mo Lawal took over the headlining slot.
Now, after Will Brooks was pulled from his main card bout to face Michael Chandler for an interim championship in Alvarez’s stead, another bout has been put back together for the Spike TV televised portion of the undercard.
Brooks’ original opponent, Nate Jolly, who was left twisting in the wind for a few days, has a new opponent. Jolly will face Marcin Held on the Spike TV prelims.
It’s also a boon for Held, who had been scheduled to fight Patricky “Pitbull” Freire on this card in the Season 10 lightweight tournament final. Pitbull, however, fell off the card due to an injury.
Held and Pitbull are now expected to fight their lightweight final bout this Fall on Spike TV. In the meantime, Held will step in to face Jolly in a 158-pound catchweight bout, keeping both of them on the card after losing their original opponents.
