Round 1
They exchange and Oselukwue goes in for the clinch. Wilson breaks
free. They clinch up again and Oselukwue lands some knees before
they break. Oselukwue goes for a spinning-back fist that's
partially blocked. Oselukwue finally gets the takedown. Abe is
looking for an armbar on the bottom. Abe escapes but Oselukwue
brings them back down. They scramble again and get back to the
feet. Wilson gets a nasty leg kick, but Oselukwue takes him down
again. Wilson is still looking for those arm bars. Oselukwue isn't
going for any strikes. Wilson is working from his back. Wilson is
doing a good job with wrist control, and tries for the arm bar
again. Oselukwue is defending the submissions well. Wilson sweeps
and mounts, then Oselukwue sweeps and gets back in Wilson's guard.
Wilson ends the round trying to secure a triangle. 10-9 Wilson.
Round 2
Abe Wilson lands a combination and goes for a head kick that skims
Oselukwue's face. Oselukwue answers with a low kick that puts
Wilson on his back. They get back up and Oselukwue gets the
takedown. Oselukwue is trying to pass into half-guard, but Wilson
defends. Wilson lands elbows from the bottom, while keeping control
of Oselukwue's head and wrist. Oselukwue finally lands an elbow,
but goes back to laying in Wilson's guard. Referee Dave Ferguson
stands them up. They trade and Oselukwue gets the takedown again
but he lands in Wilson's triangle. Wilson tightens it up. Oselukwue
refuses to tap. Wilson goes to the hammer fists with 10 seconds
left, but Oselukwue survives to see the final round. 10-9
Wilson.
Round 3
Oselukwue is visibly gassed. Wilson charges in and lands a
combination. He takes Osulukwue's back with one hook in. Osulukwue
defends, but Wilson is landing shots to the ear. Osulukwue sweeps
and lands in Wilson's guard. He's more active this time, landing a
few elbows and punches, but Wilson again goes for the triangle.
Oselukwue postures up and lands some shots, getting back into
Wilson's guard. Wilson gets to his feet and tries for a throw, but
Oselukwue ends up in side control. Wilson gets Oselukwue back in
his guard. Oselukwue finally lands some heavy elbows and punches.
Wilson tries to score points with heel shots. It ends with
Oselukwue on top. 10-9 Oselukwue.
Official scores: 29-28 for Oselukwue across the board. Oselukwue takes the unanimous decision.
Round 1
Penn adds some low kicks early and they exchange blows. They clinch
up, and Ivanov lands a meat slapping knee. Ivanov gets the
takedown, but Penn works to his feet. He locks up a standing
guillotine, but Penn escapes. They trade heavy blows against the
cage and Ivanov gets the take down into side control. He works an
Americana, but Penn turns and gives up his back. Ivanov is working
a rear naked but Penn escapes again. They stand and both men
breathing heavy out their. mouths. Ivanov lands a huge left hand
that dazes Penn. He staggers away and Ivanov lands another left
from behind that drops him. Referee jumps in to save him. Ivanov
wins by TKO at 2:58 of round one.
Round 1
Donovan starts with a wicked loq kick early. He goes for another
one and shoots for a takedown. They're up against cage, so Donovan
can't establish a position early. He's working to pull Albin away
from the cage. Albin works his way back up to his feet. Donovan
goes for another double-leg, and referee Mike Cain brings the fight
back to the center of the cage. They circle for a few seconds
before Donovan goes for another takedown and gets a big slam. Albin
keeps working his back against the cage. Donovan's still digging in
for a takedown. Albin gets it back to to their feet. Donovan lands
some knees and Albin reverses, putting Donovan against the cage.
Donovan gets another big slam with 10 seconds left. The round ends
with Donovan on top. 10-9 Donovan.
Round 2
Donovan lands a body kick early and shoots for a takedown. Albin
defends and they end up against the cage. They finally break and
Donovan lands a combination. Albin comes after him, but Donovan
shoots for a double-leg takedown that Albin defends easily. They
trade blows inside the clinch. Ref breaks it up and puts them back
in the center. Albin goes in for a combination, but Donovan ducks
under and gets the takedown. He works for a better position, but
lands an illegal knee. The referee stops it to let the doctor check
out Albin. A point is not taken, as Sherdog.com originally
reported. Albin is fine and they restart. They exchange and Donovan
lands a nice left hook, but Albin's chin is strong. Donovan shoots
again and they end up against the cage. The round ends with Albin
pushing Donovan against the cage. 10-9.
Round 3
They exchange and Donovan immediately locks him up and drags Albin
to the mat. Albin works his back against the cage and gets up.
Donovan goes for a knee, but Albin catches it and dumps Donovan to
the mat. He lands in guard, but Donovan sweeps and gets the mount.
Albin keeps a tight grip around Donovan's back, not allowing him to
posture up. Albin bucks and Donovan takes his back and slaps on a
body triangle. He's looking for a rear-naked choke, but switches to
an arm-in choke. Albin tries to reverse, but Donovan secures
another body triangle. Albin survives the round. 10-9 Donovan.
Official scores: Donovan takes the unanimous decision with scores of 30-27 across the board.
Round 1
M’Pumbu flicking out leg kicks as Davis tries to establish his jab.
The two clinch and M’Pumbu drills a few knees up the middle as they
crash into the fence. Over-unders as they vie for control until
M’Pumbu scoops a leg and takes Davis down about a minute in. Davis
scrambles back up instantly and drives M’Pumbu into the base of the
cage with a takedown of his own. Not much action from Davis, who
sits on top in M’Pumbu’s butterfly guard. M’Pumbu rolls for a
kneebar, but it’s botched and Davis seizes the opportunity to jump
on the Frenchman’s back. M’Pumbu tries to twist loose and Davis
takes full mount with 2:30 still on the clock. Short punches from
Davis on top as M’Pumbu tries to tie up, then gives up his back
again. Davis has one hook in and starts raining down hard right
hands from on top. M’Pumbu turns over again and throws up his legs
for a triangle. Davis’ right arm is trapped, but the hold is
applied at an awkward angle. M’Pumbu can’t get the pressure to
force the tap as Davis shoves his opponent into the cage. With 50
seconds to go, M’Pumbu gives up the choke and closes his guard.
M’Pumbu controls the arms of Davis, who doesn’t do much from top
position in the last minute. 10-9 Davis.
Round 2
Both men looking slightly weary at the start of the second round.
They volley punches and Davis eats a few leg kicks before taking
M’Pumbu down again. M’Pumbu sweeps to guard, but only briefly, as
Davis is soon back in the Frenchman’s half-guard. Davis takes his
foe’s back in a scramble, but M’Pumbu sits up and grabs hold of
Davis’ leg. M’Pumbu lays back and stretches out Davis’ leg for a
kneebar, but Davis frees the limb with the help of his other foot.
The American gets on M’Pumbu’s back once again and puts a hook in,
and again M’Pumbu flips over. Davis just smothering from
half-guard, no offense being mounted as M’Pumbu ties up. Davis
comes alive with a few left hammer fists, but they’re mostly
blocked. M’Pumbu sweeps now and gets Davis pinned against the cage.
As Davis turtles, M’Pumbu moves to north-south position, then back
to side control. Davis stands and M’Pumbu keeps the waistlock.
Davis trips M’Pumbu down to the mat with seconds to go. 10-10.
Round 3
M’Pumbu comes out firing with stiff left jabs. Davis shoots from
way out and gets sprawled on, and M’Pumbu continues wailing away.
Referee Mike Cain warns M’Pumbu for punching to the back of the
head of the turtling Davis, who is now spraying blood on the mat.
M’Pumbu picking his shots, landing punches from the side, forces
Davis to stand. Davis looked exhausted as he shoots another
double-leg and is stuffed again. Back to the familiar position, and
M’Pumbu sneaks some hard punches under the arm of Davis, who is
just surviving at this point. Two minutes left in the fight.
M’Pumbu drills a vicious knee to the ribs of Davis. Two right hands
later, the referee steps in and calls a halt to the action, as
Davis appeared to go limp after the second punch. The official time
of the stoppage is 3:34 of the third round.
Round 1
Hale jumps in and out, testing the waters with a jab. Fekete goes
for an overhand that Hale answers with a quick combo. Fekete gets a
big slam and lands in side control. Hale works an inverted
triangle. Fekete stands up, but Hale hangs on. It goes back to the
ground, and Hale locks in the inverted triangle, a la Toby Imada,
lands some heavy shots to Fekete's ribs and puts Fekete to sleep at
the 1:55 mark.
Round 1
They exchange early, both landing some shots. Davis finally gets a
clinch and lands three nasty knees in a row before Linderman
escapes. Davis goes for a takedown and eats some heavy leather for
his trouble. Davis tries to clinch up and goes for some dirty
boxing. He then switches to knees, landing two more. Linderman
can't escape the clinch and Davis punishes him with more knees to
the body, much to the delight of the crowd. Linderman is forced to
go for the takedown, but Davis jumps up quick. Linderman lands a
nice right hand, and Davis goes in for the takedown, pushing
Linderman against the fence. They break and circle. Linderman is
active with his hands and lands a nice right hand. Davis keeps
moving forward and lands an inside low kick. Linderman answers with
a right that stuns Davis; he goes for the takedown, and Linderman
gets a tight guillotine, but Davis perseveres and the round ends.
10-9 Linderman.
Round 2
Linderman flicks a jab that naps Davis' head back. He follows up
with some combos. Davis has no answer for Linderman's heavy shots.
Linderman pushes him against the fence. Then gets a big takedown.
Davis works it back to the feet, but Linderman is hanging onto his
back. Davis reverses and almsost secures a standing guillotine. He
pushes Linderman against the fence, but Linderman escapes and lands
some vicious shots that drops Davis. They scramble on the ground
and Linderman looks to secure a rear naked. Davis escapes and ends
up on Linderman's back. Linderman is defending the rear naked, and
reverses position, ending up in Davis' half-guard. Linderman ends
up on the bottom again and locks up a nasty kimura that rolls Davis
over, but the bell rings and Davis survives. 10-9 Linderman.
Round 3
Referee Jason Herzog brings the fighters together for the final
round. Linderman lands a big combo early. Davis goes for a takedown
that is stuffed easily. They clinch up and Linderman lands a low
knee that forces a stop in the action. Davis is on his knees in
agony. Davis is content to take as much time as he needs. The crowd
gets restless. Davis finally gets back to his feet, trying to walk
it off. The crowd is clearly pro-Linderman. They finally restart
the action. They exchange serious leather, both landing big shots.
Linderman lands a huge left that backs Davis up. Davis grabs for a
clinch and lands a knee but Linderman quickly backs out and makes
Davis eat a left. Davis goes for the takedown, but Linderman
sprawls and gets it back to the feet. They are both standing the
pocket, but Linderman lands some heavy shots. Davis finally falls
to the ground, and Linderman pounces. The referee stops it at 3:40
of the third round. Linderman wins by TKO.
Round 1
Gracie goes for low kicks early, but eats a right hand from
Carpenter that drops him. Carpenter lands in Gracie's guard. Gracie
briefly goes for a guillotine, but Carpenter stands up to get out,
then the fight goes back to the ground. Carpenter works some
ground-and-pound from half guard. Gracie tries to crawl up the
cage, but Carpenter drags him back down. Carpenter gets the mount,
but Gracie is holding on so he can't posture up. Gracie rolls, and
Carpenter goes for an armbar. Gracie escapes and gets on top.
Gracie works into side control. They scramble, and Gracie land some
shots. Carpenter goes for another armbar, but Gracie defends and
the round ends. 10-9 Carpenter.
Round 2
They exchange and Gracie lands a head kick that barely fazes
Carpenter. Gracie pushes Carpenter against the fence. Gracie goes
for a throw, but misses and gives up his back briefly. They get it
back to the feet. Carpenter lands some thudding body shots. Gracie
backs out and grabs a single leg, but Carpenter makes him pay with
heavy shots to the face. Gracie finally gets top position, but eats
an upkick. He falls into Carpenter's guard. Gracie is bleeding from
the nose now. Carpenter is landing shots from the bottom, as Gracie
works half guard. Carpenter goes for a kimura, but Gracie defends.
Gracie punches the body, and the round ends. 10-9 Carpenter.
Round 3
They trade low kicks. Carpenter flurries and lands a left that
drops Gracie. Carpenter eats an upkick, as he goes into Gracie's
guard. The action slows as Carpenter works from the guard. Gracie
goes for a shoulder lock, and reverses position. Gracie takes side
control. Gracie goes for an armbar but loses it and ends up back in
Carpenter's guard. Gracie gets back to side control. They scramble
and the round ends. 10-9 Gracie.
Official scores: Carpenter takes a split decision with scores of 29-28 (twice) and 28-29.

The two exchange big shots early, and Galluzzi goes for the
takedown. Underwood locks up a triangle during the transition.

Lyons lands a low kick early that coaxes a smile out of Van Horn,
who then tries for a low kick of his own. Lyons catches it and
dumps Van Horn on the ground. Lyons secures top position. They both
go for leglocks. Then Lyons secures an armbar that forces Van Horn
to tap at 2:10 of round one.
