Bellator 114 lineup complete, adds featherweight tourney semifinals to main card

The 11-bout lineup for this month’s Bellator 114 event is now complete, and the main card now features the promotion’s Season 10 featherweight tournament quarterfinal matchups.

Bellator MMA officials recently announced that Desmond Green (10-2) vs. Will Martinez (9-2-1) and Matt Bessette (13-4) vs. Daniel Weichel (32-8) round out a four-fight main card that also sees Bellator middleweight champ Alexander Shlemenko defend his belt against Brennan Ward in the main event.

“Bellator 114: Shlemenko vs. Ward” takes place March 14 at Maverik Center in West Valley, Utah. The main card airs on Spike TV at 9 p.m. ET, with preliminary bouts streaming on Spike.com at 7 p.m. ET.

A previously announced preliminary bout between Edson Berto and Rad Martinez now served as the evening’s featured preliminary bout.

Newly announced preliminary bouts include lightweights Jason Fischer (6-2) vs. Justin Wilcox (13-6), welterweights Ron Keslar (11-5) vs. Jordan Smith (18-5-1), light heavyweights Trevor Carlson (7-1) vs. Linton Vassell (12-3), welterweights Mike Estus (5-1) vs. Gavin Sterritt (5-1), welterweights Mike Arrant (13-8) vs. Aaron Wilkinson (11-6) and lightweights Bubba Jenkins (6-1) vs. Sean Powers (8-4).

With the additions to the card, the Bellator 114 lineup now includes:

MAIN CARD (Spike TV, 9 p.m. ET)

• Alexander Shlemenko vs. Brennan Ward – for Bellator MMA middleweight title
• Desmond Green vs. Will Martinez – featherweight tournament semifinal
• Matt Bessette vs. Daniel Weichel – featherweight tournament semifinal
• Brett Cooper vs. Kendall Grove – middleweight tourney semifinal
