While it came down to the wire, all 20 fighters on this weekend’s Strikeforce card in Dallas, Tex. have been licensed and approved to fight.
The fighters on the card had until 5pm CT today to meet all requirements, and according to Susan Stanford of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, all of the fighters have been cleared.
As of Tuesday, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation there were still 4 fighters that had not completed all of their necessary paperwork or requirements to be licensed in the state.
As of today, all fighters have been approved and the 10 bout fight card will move ahead as scheduled for Saturday night’s show taking place in Dallas.
The preliminary card will air on HDNet, while the main card will be on Showtime.
