Bellator MMA Middelweight Champion Alexander Shlemenko didn't wait long before getting another fight. However, his next appearance will not be within Bellator, but at the FIGHT NIGHTS: Battle of Moscow 15 event on June 28 in Russia, against former M-1 Global Welterweight Champion Yasubey Enomoto.
FIGHT NIGHTS officials confirmed the bout through social media.
Shlemenko (50-7 MMA) earned career-win number 50 and 13 wins in a row by defending his Bellator MMA middleweight belt for the third time, this time against Brennan Ward (9-2 MMA) who he submitted (guillotine choke) in round two at Bellator 114.
Swiss Enomoto (12-5 MMA) is well known in Russia as he has fought six times there, three under M-1, two under FIGHT NIGHTS and a last time in December last year at FEFoMP: Battle of Empires 3 where he scored a decision victory over Rustam Bogatirev in Khabarovsk.
