After the Nevada State Athletic Commission unanimously voted to ban exemptions for testosterone replacement therapy for combat sports athletes in the state, UFC 173 main eventer Vitor Belfort bailed out of his scheduled title challenge against UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman on May 24 in Las Vegas.
