I have always been and still am a fan of Fedor, but stopping a fight after he was out cold, limp, face crashing down into the floor was the right thing to do - even if he was out for only a few seconds. Anyone who goes down like that cannot protect themselves. Hendo could have done some serious damage in those few seconds Fedor was out cold. The fight was stopped as it should have been. Great job by an experienced ref.

While I agree with you that the stoppage was just, I disagree with you about Fedor's legacy. He beat all of the Pride HWs when they were in their prime. Fedor will always be the greatest HW in my book even though I don't think he can hang with the top tier monster HWs in the UFC today.

Hendo got him good. I'll admit right before that I thought Hendo would have been done. I understand all the Fedor fans saying its premie. It's hard to watch your favorite fighter get TKO'd most of them were "premature stoppage" Having said that as a big HENDO fan I'm sure if it were to go longer Fedor wouldn't have gotten up.
