I think Rashad wasn't in as bad a trouble or as badly hurt as most people (including me) thought. Then again, Jackson didn't seem to do a very good job of capitalizing on this either. People like Rua are much better at finishing.
The high intensity of this fight was exciting, but while it lived up to my expectations, I suspect it fell well short of many others. I think it was overhyped.
Now, the championship... I'm really looking forward to that! My money is on Rua, but it will be difficult for him. Despite his fantastic finishing, he might only get a marginal decision, or worse. Rashad is good at winning points, and obviously will have a chance at catching Rua.
