I just watched all of Frank Mir sucks series and the one except the Lesnar one were the fights when he was in terrible shape after the motorcycle accident. The accident almost cost Mir his career and when he returned from it after few years, he was fat and sloppy. But now he's a beast, he KO'd Nog, which is significant because Nog is known for his iron chin. Also, he outboxed Kongo, knocked him down, and finished guillotine choke in half guard. I know Kongo's ground sucks but he did it in half guard. I predict that Mir is gonna win against Carwin because 1. now Mir is almost as big as him or even bigger, 2. Mir has superior boxing skills as he demonstrated when he faced Nog and Kongo. 3. Mir's one of the best submission fighters in MMA

I think the only reason Mir beat Big Nog is because Nog was in the Hospital for 5 days couple of weeks before the fight, and he also went in with a knee injury. I am not saying Mir would have lost if Nog was 100% but I am just saying Mir would not have dominated.
