The "Superman punch" has been around for a while, and doesn't normally involving kicking a wall behind you. This was just a very interesting thing Belcher did. I think it should be called the "Belcher punch."

and guess what, when he took low blow and when the ref gave him 5 mins to recover, he thought he had 5 seconds to recover. His English isn't so good. This led to dramatic decrease in stamina. But he still pulled off the win!! He'll only get better from here

Sexyama's Judo reverse spinning throw was da bomb, dude! I love when fighters are able to pull off complex techniques, on the fly. I love the Superman punch. The only problem is that it only works for, I don't know...SUPERMAN, MAYBE?
